Fiaschetteria da Renzo

Fiaschetteria da Renzo is located in Vicenza's historical centre. The premises look like the wine bars of the past, with a few wooden tables and a long counter whose display cases offer an overview of the renowned canapés. From classic ham and mushroom to the delicacy with hard-boiled egg and caviar and the more simple tuna and red pepper, there is something for everyone. The mayonnaise is only added at the moment of serving so that the canapé is always fresh. They can be eaten on the premises, with a Spritz or glass of "white", or packed and taken away.
