Quality, passion for flavour and an accurate selection of raw materials are the ingredients of the recipe that Franco Poggiana founded his confectionery workshop on in December 1969. This recipe was followed rigorously and handed down to son Paolo, the present-day owner, who, after restructuring, has taken this business beyond the world of desserts. Sandwiches, mini-pizzas, savoury flans and a series of elaborate dishes accompany biscuits, pastries, cakes and chocolate. At Pasticceria Poggiana, innovation and new ideas unite with respect and tradition. There is also a well-stocked wine list which includes Champagne, Alsatian wines and a large selection of Italian brands.
