During T.Gold, Riacetech will present its new R1 casting machine, created with the collaboration of ASEG Galloni, a world leader in terms of casting solutions for over 70 years, which is responsible for the innovative product's mechanics.

Entirely made and developed in Italy, R1 has a compressed system with inert gas pressure: in this way it can obtain items with extremely smooth surfaces, a highly dense molecular structure without defects such as incomplete filling, porosity or improper contractions.

The high point of the new machine, however, is its software: it can, in fact, be completely controlled from a tablet and the operator uses an App on an Android developed purposely by Riacetech to be simple and easy to use, like those used on the wax injectors of the Intuitive range.

In this way, the operator can control all the machine's processes through icons in an intuitive manner, scrolling among the various casting combinations, some of which are already pre-set, and easily creating customized casting processes. The dual analogical and digital control of compression and post-casting pressure completes the offer, making this casting machine one of the best on the market.
