Guido Damiani speaks at the first European edition of Investopia

The day was attended by several government authorities, including the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Antonio Tajani, the Minister of Economy and Finance Giancarlo Giorgetti, the Minister of Tourism Daniela Santanché, the President of the Lombardy Region Attilio Fontana, the Minister of Economy of the United Arab Emirates Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri and the Secretary of the Dicastery for Integrated Human Development of the Vatican, Sister Alessandra Smerilli, as well as leading figures in international entrepreneurship. Guido Damiani, as Group President, spoke about "New family business models".

In addition to explaining the value of being one of the very few international jewellery brands still in the hands of the founding family, today in the third generation, Guido Damiani stressed the strong link with the city of origin: Valenza. This proximity allows to support and promote the development of the goldsmith’s art: an activity closely connected to the territory that only a truly rooted entrepreneurial reality like Damiani can help keep alive.

The President also expressed the company’s desire to grow while remaining a family reality, with the hope that the younger members can carry on what began a hundred years ago by his grandfather Enrico. Investopia is the global investment platform launched by the government of the United Arab Emirates in 2021, with the aim of establishing partnerships and integrating new development and technological trends in business and economy, promoting sustainable solutions for a better future.
